I’m excited to start your voice-over project! To ensure you get exactly what you need—and to minimize unnecessary re-recordings or additional fees—I’ve created this working agreement.

Before I begin recording, I need some key details from you. If you don’t specify these, I’ll assume you’re giving me creative freedom to interpret your script using my experience and expertise.

Tone-Of-Voice

To help me understand your preferred tone, you can: ✅ Direct me live – Join a live session where you guide me in real-time. You’ll receive all takes from the session and edit them yourself. ✅ Pick a sample – Listen to my website demos and choose a reference. ✅ Use key words – Describe the tone you want (e.g., inspiring, professional, friendly, conversational). ✅ Send video or music – Background music helps me match the desired mood. ✅ Request a sample – I can record a short 15-second test read for feedback.

Timing & Pacing

If you don’t provide pacing guidelines, I’ll assume the video will be adjusted to match my narration. If you need the voice-over to fit within a specific duration, let me know before recording.

Pronunciation

If your script includes brand names, acronyms, or technical terms, please provide:

Accent

By default, I’ll record in my natural, internationally neutral English accent. If you need a specific accent or dialect, please let me know beforehand.
